Initiate Your Request
Log into your icon-X account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
